Douglas Robb
With several start-ups and 15 years of experience in the financial industry, Doug brings a diverse amount of experience to Caliber. He has raised in excess of $50,000,000 in his career for both private and public ventures and has extensive experience in corporate finance, strategic coaching, planning and analysis and market development. Doug specializes in consulting to small and mid-cap public and private companies, with the aim of creating maximum value for new and existing shareholders alike.
Tim McNulty
With over 10 years of corporate investor relations experience with mid- to large-cap companies, Tim brings significant experience in all facets of financial communication. Most recently, Tim led the Investor Relations team at Intrawest Corporation, the destination resort developer and operator which closed on a $2.8 billion takeover bid from Fortress Investment Group LLC of New York. Prior to Intrawest, he consulted in the high-tech and bio-tech sectors and also led the Investor Relations’ group at Canadian Airlines prior and during the hostile take over with Air Canada.
